Terms of Supply
These website terms describe how quotations, estimates and deliveries are handled. The final confirmed quotation or order terms will apply to each purchase.
Prices, grades and availability
Website content is general information. Brick prices, taxes, transport, grades, source and stock are confirmed when you enquire and may change before an order is accepted.
Rough calculator
The calculator provides only a planning estimate based on built-up area. Final quantity depends on drawings, wall height and thickness, openings, brick size, wastage and construction method. Please have the requirement checked by your contractor or engineer.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed only after BrickSaathi agrees the product, grade, quantity, delivery location, price, payment terms and expected delivery window with you. Any credit arrangement must be confirmed separately in writing.
Delivery timing
Next-day delivery is usually possible but is not guaranteed. Timing remains subject to stock, distance, vehicle availability, weather, traffic, local restrictions and safe site access. We will communicate material delays when reasonably possible.
Site access and unloading
Unloading is included only when the delivery truck can safely reach the agreed unloading point. The customer must provide suitable access, permissions and a safe unloading area. Extra handling or movement where the truck cannot reach may be quoted separately.
Checking the delivery
Please check the brick type, apparent quantity and visible condition at delivery and promptly report a material mismatch. Normal minor colour, size and edge variation can occur between lots and manufacturing sources.
Brick sources
Red clay and fly-ash bricks may be supplied from our own bhatta or trusted partners depending on grade, quantity, stock and delivery requirements.

सप्लाई की शर्तें
ये शर्तें वेबसाइट के अनुमान, भाव और डिलीवरी की सामान्य प्रक्रिया बताती हैं। हर खरीद पर अंतिम कन्फ़र्म कोटेशन या ऑर्डर की शर्तें लागू होंगी।
भाव, ग्रेड और स्टॉक
वेबसाइट की जानकारी सामान्य है। ईंट का भाव, टैक्स, ट्रांसपोर्ट, ग्रेड, स्रोत और स्टॉक पूछताछ के समय कन्फ़र्म होगा और ऑर्डर स्वीकार होने से पहले बदल सकता है।
मोटा कैलकुलेटर
कैलकुलेटर केवल शुरुआती योजना का अनुमान देता है। अंतिम मात्रा ड्रॉइंग, दीवार, दरवाज़े-खिड़कियाँ, ईंट का साइज़, टूट-फूट और निर्माण विधि पर निर्भर करती है। ठेकेदार या इंजीनियर से जाँच करवाएँ।
ऑर्डर और डिलीवरी
ऑर्डर तभी कन्फ़र्म है जब प्रकार, ग्रेड, मात्रा, लोकेशन, भाव, भुगतान और संभावित डिलीवरी समय पर सहमति हो। अधिकतर अगले दिन डिलीवरी संभव है, लेकिन स्टॉक, ट्रैफ़िक, मौसम और वाहन पर निर्भर करती है।
साइट पहुँच और अनलोडिंग
अनलोडिंग तभी शामिल है जब ट्रक सुरक्षित रूप से तय अनलोडिंग स्थान तक पहुँच सके। अतिरिक्त हैंडलिंग या दूर तक ईंट ले जाने का खर्च अलग हो सकता है।
ईंटों का स्रोत
लाल और फ्लाई ऐश ईंटें ग्रेड, मात्रा, स्टॉक और डिलीवरी के अनुसार अपने भट्ठे या भरोसेमंद पार्टनर से सप्लाई हो सकती हैं।
