What customers should know
Clear information before the truck moves
BrickSaathi confirms the product, grade, delivery location and site access before dispatch planning.
01Choose the grade for the work—not just the lowest rate
Red brick pricing changes with grade, source, quantity and route. Tell us where the bricks will be used and the grade specified by your contractor or engineer so we can quote the closest available match.
- First-class / A-grade options for customers who need a more consistent lot
- Second-class / B-grade options when the project specification allows
- Brick type and grade reconfirmed before the truck is dispatched
02What to confirm before ordering red bricks
Share the site location, approximate quantity, preferred delivery date and any narrow road or gate restrictions. The delivered quantity and suitability should always be checked against the construction plan and site engineer’s requirement.
- Exact sector or site pin for route planning
- Required grade and approximate brick count
- Whether the truck can reach the unloading point
03Delivery and unloading
Delivery is usually possible the next day when the required stock and route are available. Unloading is included when the delivery truck can safely reach the site’s unloading point; access restrictions should be shared before confirmation.
